By engaging Honest Ark for any service, you agree to these terms. All work is performed according to local building codes and industry standards.
Services include but are not limited to roofing, siding, fencing, decking, and masonry work. Exact scope is defined in written estimates and project agreements.
A deposit may be required to start work. Final payment is due upon completion. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest.
Weather, material availability, or unforeseen structural issues may delay projects. We commit to timely communication about schedule changes.
Customers approve all materials before installation. Substitutions require mutual agreement if specified items become unavailable.
We take reasonable care to protect your property during work. Customers must remove valuables from work areas beforehand.
We remove all job-related debris upon completion. Recyclable materials are properly disposed of according to local regulations.
We carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during work.
Any changes to original project scope must be in writing. Additional costs will be communicated before proceeding.
Submit claims in writing within 30 days of issue discovery. We will inspect and remedy valid claims within reasonable time.
Either party may terminate with written notice if terms are breached. Customer pays for completed work and materials purchased.
These terms are governed by Ontario laws. Disputes will be resolved through mediation in Barrie before legal action.
This document supersedes all prior agreements. Amendments require written consent from both parties.
We may use project photos for marketing unless otherwise requested in writing.
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Any concerns must be reported immediately for prompt resolution.
These terms apply to all services starting from the date of estimate acceptance.
